Duration: 2 years

Salary: £45,000 plus fantastic benefits

Location: Rotational Programme across key business hubs of Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London and Manchester.

Qualifications: Mandatory completion of the Global Credit Certification (GCC) with the opportunity to choose to take a further qualification in the second year of the programme. Training and costs are all taken care of.

The work you could be doing

  • Meeting clients to understand their needs and how we can support them.
  • Helping teams pitch for business, develop leads, and make introductions.
  • Working on deals within a team of experts.
  • Monitoring market opportunities and generating trade ideas.
  • Developing financial business cases for investments and initiatives and supporting pricing and trading.
  • Supporting efforts to break down barriers and build a more inclusive society.

Requirements

What you need to apply

While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Please note we’re not able to sponsor visas.


Locations

This is a rotational programme across various UK Locations including London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and Glasgow. You’ll need to be flexible. You will do your first year in one location but may need to relocate for year two.

With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office, some roles are five days per week.


Opening and Closing date

Applications for our Business and Commercial Banking Graduate Scheme open 10th September and close 11th October.

Our graduate schemes may close early if we receive a high number of applications, so it’s best to apply as soon as you can.
