About the Role

As a Consulting Intern, you will work within a team of 5–6 consultants, contributing to live client projects across a range of industries. You will support the development of strategic recommendations through research, analysis, and collaborative problem-solving while gaining practical exposure to consulting methodologies and client engagement.

What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support client engagements.
  • Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare professional client presentations and deliverables.
  • Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address real-world business challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional consulting environment.
  • Be available to commit approximately 10–12 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
  • Become a Blackmont Consulting member if selected for the programme (membership requirements apply).
