Are you passionate about helping organisations solve complex business challenges through technology, innovation and transformation?

We're looking for a Business Consultant – Technology Advisory to join our Strategic Digital Solutions (SDS) consulting team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with consulting, advisory, business analysis, transformation or technology delivery experience who wants to develop their career in technology strategy and business consulting.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants and technology specialists to help clients understand business challenges, shape technology strategies and define practical transformation roadmaps. You'll contribute to a range of advisory engagements across areas including Cloud, Data & AI, Automation, ServiceNow and Salesforce, while helping clients explore emerging technologies and innovation opportunities that create measurable business value.

We can offer great career progression opportunities, ability to be based anywhere across the UK, benefits which you can flex to meet your needs, and training and development opportunities. This is a hybrid role and, whilst there is no fixed office requirement, you should be prepared to travel regularly to client sites as required. Client travel is driven by customer demand and project needs and may fluctuate throughout the year. You must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and leading defined workstreams within business consulting and technology advisory engagements.
  • Conducting research, analysis, discovery activities and stakeholder workshops to understand client challenges and opportunities.
  • Contributing to technology strategies, transformation roadmaps, assessments and client recommendations.
  • Producing high-quality presentations, reports and client-facing deliverables.
  • Exploring emerging technologies and innovation opportunities to identify practical business value for clients.
  • Supporting engagement planning, stakeholder management and business development activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
