Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in teams to address real client and business challenges
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support client engagements.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and develop strategic recommendations.
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address real-world business challenges.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare professional client presentations and deliverables.

Who we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional consulting environment.
- Available to commit approximately 10–12 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
- Previous consulting, business, or research experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Become a Blackmont Consulting member if selected for the programme (membership requirements apply).

Membership
This is a voluntary, non-remunerated programme. If selected, candidates will be required to become a Blackmont Consulting member.
The membership framework supports the organization's operational costs, including software, website maintenance, learning resources, courses, and training. Blackmont Consulting does not charge its clients for consulting services, and the membership framework helps us continue providing these opportunities and services.
