About Blackmont Consulting
Blackmont Consulting is a student-run consulting organization, founded in 2020, that helps companies make better business decisions and achieve real results. Our projects cover business, government, and social challenges, giving team members exposure to a wide variety of cases and perspectives. Joining our team is an opportunity to develop skills and gain practical experience that will serve you throughout your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in teams of 6-8 to address real business challenges
- Research market trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Design solutions for complex client needs and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct primary research, including reaching out to industry contacts, clients, and competitors
- Understand potential risks, including financial, sectoral, and regulatory
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate company performance
- Develop strategies and tools to engage new or existing clients
- Collect, interpret, and present data to your team and client stakeholders

Who We Are Looking For
- Undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD students
- Ability to commit to the program for at least three months
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Ability to commit to this position for a minimum of three months.
