We're looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Business Consultant Support Administrator.
This isn't a traditional administration role. You'll be at the heart of our business, working closely with Business Consultants, financial advisers, and internal teams to help drive growth, improve adviser engagement, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in supporting our Business Consultants and adviser community by:
Supporting Business Growth
- Maintaining CRM records and adviser information.
- Monitoring pipeline activity and assisting with opportunity follow-up.
- Producing reports, MI, and performance updates.
- Helping identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.

Delivering an Outstanding Adviser Experience
- Acting as a key point of contact for adviser firms and support teams.
- Coordinating meetings, webinars, and events.
- Preparing adviser insight packs and meeting materials.
- Supporting campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Keeping the Business Running Efficiently
- Managing administrative processes and follow-up actions.
- Ensuring data and records remain accurate and up to date.
- Working with internal teams to resolve adviser queries.
- Supporting continuous improvement across the franchise.
Working as Part of a High-Performing Team
- Collaborating closely with Business Consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance adviser support.
- Taking ownership of your workload and priorities.
- Playing an active role in our positive team culture.
What We're Looking For

It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in administration, sales support, customer support, or operations.
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, or another regulated environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience creating reports, trackers, or management information.
