Blackmont Consulting Cyprus Branch is a student-led consulting hub located on the island of Cyprus, focused on blending education with social impact. The branch connects higher education with the local business ecosystem by engaging undergraduate and postgraduate students in real-world consulting projects. It provides pro bono consulting services to NGOs, nonprofits, and early-stage ventures, ensuring that financial constraints do not limit progress. Role Description
The Business Consultant (volunteer, students only) internship is a remote role that involves supporting client organizations through structured consulting projects. Day-to-day activities include:

As a volunteer intern, the focus is on learning, social impact, and professional growth rather than financial compensation.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Demonstrated interest in business, consulting, or social impact, with basic knowledge of strategy, operations, or organizational development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear report writing and professional presentation delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, cross-cultural teams and manage tasks in a remote, digital environment.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, online collaboration platforms).
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student in any discipline; fields such as business, economics, social sciences, or related areas are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time across academic responsibilities and project commitments.
- Previous experience in student projects, case competitions, or volunteering with NGOs or startups is beneficial but not required.
