Senior Business Consultant
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting practice, specialising in Process improvement and Change and Transformation. The successful candidate will provide Process improvement and Organisational Change Management advice and solutions to clients undergoing transformation, with a particular focus on the adoption and integration of AI and digital technologies to enable sustainable improvement.
What you'll be doing;
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Deliver consultant-led discovery & process deep-dives to identify opportunities for improvement, including potential AI use cases in impacted areas. Drive the implementation of solutions and recommendations that consider business needs, user needs, and technology constraints.
- Developing Strategy: Support clients in defining transformation roadmaps that address organisational challenges and business objectives, including the effective adoption of technology & process to drive change and enhance performance.
- Digital Delivery: Set the direction and scope for delivery teams, managing discovery and refinement of scope, progressing options, and ensuring there is a value-based prioritisation approach.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients, through organisational transformations, with a strong emphasis on enabling technology adoption and cultural readiness.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change, transformation, and technology adoption.

What you'll bring;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting/business analysis, or similar.
- Experience in supporting or leading the adoption of new technologies as part of wider business or digital transformation programmes, including working knowledge in at least one of the following:
- Process and Operating model redesign: Designing and implementing target-state solutions that improve services and value.
- Change & Adoption Management: Developing and implementing change management approaches that deliver benefits from technology and culture change.
- Product Management: Understand the business needs and align product vision, roadmap and requirements to ensure success both before and throughout delivery, measuring progress and pivoting as required.
- Customer Insight: Be the voice of the customer within the delivery team(s) - structure engagement with customers and users as well as drawing insights from data and best practice
Education:
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Science, Business, Management, or similar or equivalent professional experience.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Track record of designing and delivering process improvement using recognised methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of digital delivery and associated agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, supporting user adoption and operational success.
- Ability to effectively manage a wide variety of stakeholders, including building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
