We are looking for a Business Change Consulting Manager. In this role, you’ll join our team within Aerospace, Defence and Security, where we focus on delivering high-impact digital transformation for our clients. You’ll shape and lead business change strategies across large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) programmes, helping our clients achieve real operational results. You’ll also play a key part in developing the capability of the team, mentoring others, sharing expertise and supporting a collaborative, people-centred culture.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end business change strategies for transformation programmes, from initial design through to adoption and sustainability.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and influence at all levels, from shop-floor teams to executive steering groups.
- Overseeing ERP, MES and PLM programme delivery, including SAP S/4HANA, alignment and work instruction integration.
- Mentoring and developing colleagues, helping to grow the change capability within the team.
- Designing and facilitating workshops to shape requirements, align expectations and support decision-making.

What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience leading major business change programmes in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all organisational levels.
- Hands-on understanding of ERP (SAP S/4HANA/ECC), MES and PLM systems, and how they integrate with business processes.
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping and process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and capability building.
- Practical experience driving post-go-live adoption and measurable benefits.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill or 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.
- Knowledge of EBOM–MBOM reconciliation and digital thread concepts.
- Understanding of Digital Design, Manufacturing & Services (DDMS).
