Programme Overview
On the Business Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations navigate disruption and transform how they operate. Working in collaborative teams, you’ll combine insight, technology and innovation to solve complex challenges and deliver lasting value. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build future‑ready skills while creating impact for clients, industries and communities.
Along the way, you'll study towards the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification in Financial Services (FS), and in Public and Private (P&P), you'll study towards a role-specific qualification.

What You Will Be Doing
- Working across a range of capabilities including: Business Transformation, Studio+, Finance, and Supply Chain & Operations.
- Working with clients across industries to deliver transformation projects that create measurable business impact.
- Analysing business challenges and industry trends to shape strategies and solutions.
- Developing proposals and business cases that support decisions and drive change.
- Collaborating with teams and clients, using data and technology to improve performance and efficiency.
