About Navikenz

Navikenz's mission is to 'Enable human enterprise with AI to create a new digital future', and we are guided by our core value, 'Technology second, Outcome first'. We make sure we understand our clients' business needs in depth through our Business Solutions Consulting services, and we build the right technology solutions through our Data Management, AI and Digital Engineering services to realise those needs.

Navikenz is founded and managed by a leadership team that previously established and scaled globally admired IT services organizations such as Mindtree and Infosys. The top 20 leaders at the company bring an average of about 20 years of management experience.

We continue to build and grow Navikenz with people who bring real passion for working closely with clients and consistently delivering high-performance solutions through the mindful application of the right technology, tools and practices.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Consulting Lead to anchor our client-facing consulting presence in London. This is a front-end, commercially accountable role: you will engage directly with senior client stakeholders, help them sharpen the business problems worth solving, shape and scope proofs of concept (POCs), and convert those opportunities into signed and priced engagements.

You will operate independently in market, own revenue and conversion targets, and work hand in hand with our India-based consulting, data, AI and engineering teams, who support solutioning and delivery. The role suits someone with a sharp consulting toolkit who is equally comfortable in a boardroom conversation and in the detail of a scoping document or commercial proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client engagement and problem definition
    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CXO, VP and functional heads), acting as Navikenz's primary point of contact in London.
    • Run discovery conversations and workshops to surface, structure and prioritise business problem statements, grounded in value, feasibility and urgency.
    • Translate ambiguous client challenges into clear hypotheses, use cases and success criteria that data, AI and digital solutions can address.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • POC scoping and solution shaping

    • Scope POCs end to end: objectives, scope boundaries, data and system dependencies, success metrics, timelines, team shape and a clear path from POC to scaled engagement.
    • Work with India-based solution architects, data and AI specialists, and delivery leads to design credible solutions and effort estimates.
    • Lead development of client-ready deliverables, including discovery readouts, business cases, solution narratives and executive presentations.
  • Commercial ownership and conversion

    • Own revenue and conversion targets for the London market, building and managing a qualified pipeline from first conversation to signed contract.
    • Lead proposal development, pricing and commercial structuring (fixed-price, time-and-materials and outcome-linked models) in partnership with practice and sales leadership.
    • Drive negotiations and contracting (SOWs, change requests, renewals) and convert successful POCs into larger, multi-phase engagements.
    • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and account plans, and report progress to practice leadership.
  • Engagement oversight and practice contribution

    • Stay close to delivery of the engagements you sell, ensuring client expectations, scope and outcomes remain aligned and identifying expansion opportunities.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor landscapes to inform client conversations and Navikenz's point of view.
    • Contribute to thought leadership, reusable consulting assets, and the continuous improvement of our methodologies, frameworks and tools.

Requirements:

Must have

  • 8–10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business advisory or a client-facing solutions role, including meaningful time in a top-tier or specialist consulting firm.
  • A strong consulting toolkit: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, stakeholder mapping, workshop facilitation and executive-level storytelling.
  • A track record of engaging senior client stakeholders, shaping opportunities and converting them into signed, priced engagements, with experience owning or materially contributing to revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience scoping POCs or pilots and building the business case for scaling them, ideally in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation.
  • Comfort with commercial constructs: estimation, pricing, proposals, SOWs and negotiation.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, and to work effectively with remote, cross-functional teams across time zones (particularly India).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce polished proposals and presentations quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
