Join the Secure Team within ADS Consulting, where you'll lead high-impact consulting engagements across some of the UK's most critical programmes. As demand for our consulting services continues to grow, we're expanding our consulting capability to support clients navigating business transformation, digital change, Artificial Intelligence adoption and mission enablement challenges.

You'll join a collaborative consulting team that values professional development, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. This role is based on customer sites in either Manchester, London or Cheltenham and requires full-time on-site working 5 days a week.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading consulting engagements across Defence, Security and wider public sector clients.
  • Delivering business transformation, business change, service improvement, operating model design and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and engagement activities.
  • Producing high-quality client deliverables, recommendations and reports while leading workstreams or multidisciplinary teams.
  • Supporting business development activities, including bids, proposals, opportunity shaping and client growth.
  • Contributing to consulting methodologies, reusable assets, capability development and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-enabled approaches to consulting delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
