Director, Enterprise Continuity (9-month FTC)

Location: London, Docklands (hybrid - 2 days in office)
Salary: Up to £130,000 per annum

Spencer Rose are currently partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation who are currently on the lookout for a Director-level Business/Enterprise Continuity Specialist on a Fixed Term Contract based in London, but offer flexible hybrid working. Within this role, the Director of Enterprise Continuity will be responsible for building dashboards and metrics for resilience oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and execution of the enterprise continuity programme.
  • Identify critical internal business services and define associated impact tolerances.
  • Lead mapping, scenario testing, and vulnerability identification across critical services.
  • Design and deliver dashboards, tooling, and MI for resilience oversight.
  • Deliver programmes to enhance resilience across operational domains.
  • Support the evolution of BCM capabilities into modern, industry-leading continuity solutions.
  • Plan and deliver staff training and resilience testing exercises.
  • Prepare materials for governance forums and regulatory engagements.
  • Support management of risk and controls within the Enterprise Continuity function.
  • Design and execute enterprise-wide strategic business impact assessments.
  • Contribute to continuity planning for cyber, resolution, pandemic, and other existential threats.
  • Lead internal and external engagements, including with Executive Management and regulators.

  • Operational Resilience Leadership within GSIBs, FMIs, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Business Process Mapping and MI development expertise.
  • Operational Resilience Metrics - experience designing and implementing resilience reporting.
  • Fusion Risk Management platform experience.
  • Cross-Domain Risk Analysis across technology, third-party, facilities, and people risk.
  • Scenario Testing - design, delivery, and remediation planning.
  • Regulatory Engagement at global or lead-regulator level.
  • C-Suite Influence and enterprise-wide change leadership.
