Role Overview

This Management Reporting role at Reply focuses on monitoring, analysing and presenting the financial performance of UK subsidiary companies to senior stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Head of Management Reporting, you will drive profitability through performance control, forecasting and budgeting on key KPIs. You will also prepare quarterly management reporting packages and ensure alignment between management accounts and Statutory Financial Statements, working closely with managing directors across the networked organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse the monthly financial performance of UK Reply subsidiary companies, holding review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Support and challenge managing directors by providing clear financial insight to enhance business profitability and cost control.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting activities on key KPIs within the management reporting process.
  • Prepare and draft quarterly management reporting packages for group and local management.
  • Reconcile management reporting figures with Statutory Financial Statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Management Reporting and wider finance teams to improve reporting processes, tools and controls.
  • Maintain and develop advanced Excel-based reports and models, leveraging SAP data where applicable.

About the Candidate

  • Holds a 2:1 or First Class degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Studies or Management.
  • Has strong knowledge of finance, controlling and auditing processes, ideally gained in a fast-paced or complex organisation.
  • Demonstrates excellent accounting and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with SAP as a plus.
  • Is confident in stakeholder management, capable of building strong, trust-based relationships with managing directors and senior partners.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, able to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently within a dynamic, networked organisation.
  • Shows ambition for rapid professional growth, open to continuous learning, mentoring and taking on increasing responsibility.
