Business Controller – Hydrogen & Fixed Costs

What you'll do
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for fixed costs across the whole of Inovyn.
- Challenge assumptions, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR and Commercial teams throughout Europe.
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Be the financial business partner for our Hydrogen business.
- Develop financial models and business cases for major hydrogen investment projects.
What we're looking for
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, complemented by a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar).
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or Finance within a multinational industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP; experience with QlikSense is an advantage.
- A proactive and curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
