We're looking for a Business Co-ordinator
We're looking for a Business Co-ordinator to help keep our client and supplier journey running smoothly. It's a role that sits right at the heart of the operation - managing income and project administration while making sure everyone we deal with gets a genuinely good experience. If you like variety, work well at pace and take real satisfaction in keeping things organised and on track, this is a good one.

The Northern Procurement Alliance (NPA) is part of the LHC Procurement Group (LHCPG), one of the UK's most established and respected procurement framework providers. Working across Northern England, we connect public sector organisations with trusted suppliers to deliver construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects for social housing, schools and public buildings. In short: we help good things get built for local communities - efficiently, compliantly and with real value behind them.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the Expression of Interest (EOI) process - identifying, engaging and following up the right contacts, and recording everything on our Microsoft Dynamics system
- Working closely with NPA Partners and Appointed Companies to track and monitor payments on registered projects
- Keeping a clear audit trail for all communications, verbal and written, via the LHCPG CRM
- Training and guiding stakeholders on the LHCPG Portal and other systems so project data stays well managed
- Working with the NPA Client Support Manager (CSM) and Office Manager to keep project income forecasts accurate and up to date
- Helping manage variance reporting, so monthly and quarterly variations stay small and fully accounted for
- Working with the CSM and Regional Director to register, track and progress leads
- Producing regular KPI reporting as colleagues need it
- Taking on other duties in keeping with the role, at the Office Manager's discretion
- Joining LHCPG team briefings in Uxbridge or elsewhere in the UK when needed

What you'll bring
- Solid experience in a finance or administration role, including reconciling financial data across different IT systems
- Confidence with Microsoft Dynamics and everyday packages like Excel, Word, Outlook and Business Intelligence (BI)
- A strong customer-service background - over the phone, by email and face to face
- Clear, confident communication, spoken and written
- Good numeracy and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Warm, capable interpersonal skills
