Ryder Reid Legal is working with a specialist London-based law firm to recruit a Paralegal

About the Role

Ryder Reid Legal is working with a specialist London-based law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Business Crime team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role will focus on supporting a significant ongoing matter, providing valuable exposure to complex investigations and disputes within a specialist legal environment. The team advises on a wide range of issues, including anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption, corporate investigations, commercial and trust litigation, criminal antitrust matters, and cross-border disputes.

The successful candidate will assist with the organisation and review of substantial volumes of case documentation, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support essential to the progression of the matter. Given the nature of the case, much of the work will be detailed, process-driven, and require a methodical approach. Candidates should therefore be comfortable handling tasks that demand a high level of accuracy, consistency, and focus.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
