About The Role
The Business Customer Service Representative - Onsite role sits within the EE Onsite Team, a specialist product offering within the BT Business Mobile portfolio. Our team provides a comprehensive mobile fleet management service, helping customers simplify the management of large and complex mobile estates. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to work independently. You'll collaborate with customers and internal BT teams to deliver an excellent customer experience while helping customers get the most from their mobile services.
This is an on-site role based at our customer's office in Guildford Business Park.

- Serving as a primary point of contact for customer requests, working closely with both customer and BT stakeholders.
- Managing mobile provisioning activities, service requests and incident resolution through customer and BT systems.

- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and positive customer outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
