About The Role

The Business & Data Analyst - Graduate Opportunity at Creideas is designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in data analysis, market research, and business development within a global professional services environment. This full-time, 12-month fixed-term role offers a unique platform to develop practical skills in analyzing large datasets, conducting research, and supporting commercial initiatives. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining exposure to how data insights drive business growth and strategic decision-making. The position provides comprehensive training, mentorship, and practical coaching, enabling you to build a broad skill set applicable across multiple sectors. This role is ideal for individuals with a curious mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for understanding how businesses operate and grow.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a recent degree or relevant academic background, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to identify trends, relationships, and potential commercial opportunities
  • Conduct research into organizations, markets, and potential clients to support business development
  • Utilize CRM data and other sources to develop insights and patterns
  • Work with large datasets using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to generate actionable insights
  • Support the creation and management of target lists and commercial research activities
  • Prepare research reports, briefings, and insights for senior stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Assist in maintaining and enhancing the quality of CRM and commercial data repositories
  • Contribute to marketing and business development campaigns through data insights and research support
  • Leverage AI and digital tools to improve research efficiency, analysis, and productivity
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various teams and levels of seniority to achieve common goals
  • Participate in projects aimed at identifying and developing new business opportunities
