Nagarro is looking for Business Data Analysts to join our growing Financial Services practice, supporting major banking and Capital Markets transformation programmes.

This role sits at the intersection of business, data and technology. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, assess data requirements, identify gaps and help shape solutions that support regulatory, operational and strategic change initiatives.

While one of the programmes relates to Trade Surveillance, we're looking for well-rounded Business Analysts who can contribute across a variety of data-focused transformation projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Working with business and technology stakeholders to understand current-state processes and challenges
  • Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
  • Producing high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories and process flows
  • Conducting gap analysis and impact assessments
  • Analysing data flows, data dependencies and business rules
  • Supporting data mapping and source-to-target analysis activities
  • Helping define future-state operating models and requirements
  • Working closely with architecture, data and delivery teams to support successful outcomes
  • Supporting regulatory, governance and transformation initiatives across Capital Markets and Financial Services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
