Role Description
This full-time Business Data Analyst role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for part of the work to be completed from home. The Business Data Analyst will collect, validate, and analyze business data to support decision-making and performance improvement across client projects. Daily responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Performing data modeling and statistical analysis

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting requirements, and supporting the implementation of business intelligence and ERP-related initiatives. The analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities and recommending data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling for building predictive models, trend analysis, and performance measurement.
- Excellent Communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) and ERP systems (Epicor experience is an advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SQL or similar query languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in consulting or in a client-facing analytical role is beneficial.
