Description:
We are seeking a versatile and analytical Business Analyst / Data Analyst with a strong focus on Data Algorithms to bridge the gap between business strategy and data-driven execution.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data strategy, or systems evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data & Algorithmic Analysis: Partner with data science and engineering teams to evaluate, test, and refine data algorithms that power business logic, forecasting, and reporting systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define business metrics, KPIs, and functional specifications for data-driven projects.
- Data Modeling & Insights: Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (data engineers, developers) and business leaders, ensuring technical outputs align with organizational goals.
- Documentation & Strategy: Create comprehensive documentation, workflow maps, and data dictionaries to streamline project execution and knowledge sharing.
