About Fibre Nova

Fibre Nova is building more than an internet service provider. Our ambition is to become one of the UK's leading alternative network providers, known for exceptional customer experience, operational excellence and sustainable growth. To get there, we need people who don't just manage work — they make things happen.

The Role

The Business Delivery Manager is the operational engine room of Fibre Nova, turning the Managing Director's priorities into coordinated action across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and our operational partners.
Department Managers own the strategy, performance and development of their own functions. This role owns the execution: coordinating day-to-day delivery, removing barriers, driving accountability and keeping projects on track. It is not about setting departmental strategy — it is about making sure agreed strategy actually happens.
By taking ownership of operational coordination, the Business Delivery Manager frees the Managing Director to focus on commercial growth, strategic partnerships and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Business Delivery

  • Own delivery of business-wide projects and strategic initiatives, maintaining a central delivery plan.
  • Track progress against agreed business objectives and report status clearly to the Managing Director.
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues early, before they affect delivery.

Operational Coordination

  • Act as the central coordination point for cross-department operational activity.
  • Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and remove blockers preventing teams from delivering.
  • Coordinate shared resources where team priorities overlap, keeping departments aligned to company objectives.

Project Management

  • Create and maintain project plans, allocating clear actions, owners and deadlines.
  • Monitor milestones and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

Process Improvement

  • Review existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting automation where it adds value.
  • Ensure processes scale as the business grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Reporting to the Managing Director

  • Provide weekly business delivery reports covering project status, risks, escalations and resourcing.
  • Prepare decision papers where executive approval is required, so the Managing Director's time is spent on strategic decisions rather than operational coordination.

What This Role Is Not

This is a delivery and coordination role, not a strategic or line-management one. It does not include setting departmental strategy, managing departmental budgets, owning Sales, Marketing or Customer Service performance, replacing departmental managers, or making strategic decisions on the Managing Director's behalf.
