Freelance Business Developer — Player Recruitment & Management (M/F)

USM Football is a player representation and sports intermediation agency that has been active in the transfer market for over thirty years, with more than 1,200 players represented, more than 1,500 deals completed, and an active network in France and internationally.

As part of its continued growth, the agency is looking for an independent Business Developer reporting directly to management.

  • Identify and monitor professional players who could be represented by the agency
  • Build and maintain relationships with clubs and their executives (presidents, CEOs, sporting directors)
  • Handle initial contact and pass information on to the agency's management
  • Help with the administrative follow-up of files until they are finalised by the agency, especially during transfer windows
  • Report on your activity during weekly meetings with management

  • Good knowledge of professional football, particularly in your own region; a network in the industry is a plus
  • Fluent English required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a taste for business development
  • Able to organise your work independently, with rigorous reporting
  • French is a plus
