Business Developer Furniture Sector
Mission
The selected candidate, reporting to the Sales Director and working in synergy with the relevant Area Manager, will be responsible for structurally developing the Architect, Workplace Consultant, and Specifier channel in the English market.
Main Activities
-
Develop and manage relationships with:
- Architecture firms specialized in office, workplace contract, and hospitality projects
- Design & build companies and general contractors
- Interior designers and space planners
- Specifiers and project consultants

Ongoing business development activities:
- Weekly visits to firms
- Presentation of office solutions and systems
- Support during concept, layout, and specification phases
- Inclusion of the brand in project specifications
- Handover of projects to the relevant dealers
Requirements
Must Have
- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the office, home, or contract furniture sector
- Strong knowledge of the English market and key stakeholders in the office sector

Nice to Have
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields
- Solid technical skills and ability to read and interpret project documentation
- Knowledge of ergonomics, space planning principles, and main certifications related to the office sector
- Familiarity with corporate CRMs and furniture-solution configurators, with operational knowledge of software tools (e.g., pCon.planner, Blender)
- Strong project management capabilities
- Consultative mindset, proactivity, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation Package
We are looking for exclusive agents who represent only one principal, as well as non-exclusive agents who already represent complementary products and are interested in adding an additional mandate to their portfolio. The compensation package will be commission-based.
