About the Role
We are looking for a New Business Developer to develop new client relationships and generate recruitment opportunities across IT, Digital, Data, and Technology.
The role is focused on identifying prospective clients, developing relationships with hiring managers and HR/Talent Acquisition teams, and converting opportunities into staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target new clients across the UK IT and Digital sector.
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, CTO/CIO, and hiring managers.
- Generate new IT and Digital staffing opportunities.
- Develop leads through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and networking.
- Arrange introductory meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client hiring requirements and workforce needs.
- Work closely with recruiters to convert requirements into successful placements.
- Maintain an accurate sales/CRM pipeline.
- Develop long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Support proposals, rate negotiations, and recruitment service agreements.
