Who We Are

At Prado, we build invisible home technology for the world’s best architects. Since launching our first flagship product in 2021, we have grown into a fully integrated ecosystem of lighting, ventilation, power, and security solutions. Our strong R&D focus and targeted M&A strategy fuel our rapid expansion, with 150+ colleagues operating across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a business developer to expand our presence in the UK. • Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers to expand our client network.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
  • Provide expert guidance on products, pricing, and project requirements.
  • Work closely with project management, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent Prado at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market visibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
