For our client, a leading company in the production, marketing, and sale of mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic products and systems, we are looking for a

Business Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development and identifying new commercial opportunities in UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Developing new business opportunities and managing existing customers
  • Identifying and developing new projects and leads
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across Purchasing, R&D, Production and Management
  • Understanding customer needs and proposing the right technical solutions
  • Working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences

Requirements

  • Engineering background, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field
  • Strong customer orientation and commercial mindset
  • Good technical understanding and communication skills
  • Proactive, tenacious and team-oriented approach
  • Fluent English and local language
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%
