Business Development Account Manager

Farnham | £25,000–£40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (£45,000–£70,000 OTE) + Benefits

We're working with a fast-growing provider of business technology solutions supporting mid-market organisations across the UK. Combining the agility of a growing business with the professionalism and support structure of a larger organisation, they have built a strong reputation for customer service, long-term client relationships, and commercial success.

This is an opportunity to join a growing sales team with a structured progression framework and one of the most transparent compensation models in the industry. You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and growing accounts through a structured sales process. Full training, mentorship, and support will be provided, giving you everything you need to succeed and progress.

  • New business sales experience: Proven success in a target-driven B2B sales environment
  • Outbound sales capability: Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls and generating opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Pipeline management: Experience building and progressing opportunities through a structured sales process
  • Commercial mindset: Motivated by targets, progression, and increasing earnings
  • Strong communication skills: Confident engaging decision-makers and building relationships over the phone
  • Resilience and drive: Self-motivated with the determination to consistently achieve and exceed targets
