Why Join One of the UK's Fastest Growing Construction Software Companies?
SiteTrackPRO is a fast-growing construction software company helping contractors across the UK streamline their businesses. We're not a huge corporate business where you're just another salesperson.
Having spent the last seven years developing and refining our platform, we've established ourselves as a respected name within the industry and are continuing to grow rapidly. We're now looking for an ambitious Business Development & Account Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, ambitious business where you'll play an important role in the company's future. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in much more than simply making sales.
You'll take ownership of the entire customer journey—from the first conversation through to onboarding, training, and long-term account management—becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
As SiteTrackPRO continues to grow, so will your opportunities.
The Role
As our Business Development & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, demonstrating SiteTrackPRO, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring every customer gets maximum value from the software.
Unlike many sales roles, your relationship with customers doesn't end once they've signed up. You'll remain their main point of contact, helping them get the most from SiteTrackPRO while building long-term relationships.
You'll also play an active role in our marketing activity, contributing ideas for campaigns, creating content, and helping increase our brand presence within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Follow up on warm enquiries generated through our website and existing customer referrals.
- Qualify potential customers to understand their business and determine whether SiteTrackPRO is the right fit.
- Arrange and deliver engaging software demonstrations via Microsoft Teams and in person.
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Guide prospective customers through their free trial.
- Follow up throughout the trial period to answer questions and maximize engagement.
- Close new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
