We're looking for an ambitious B2B Media Sales Account Manager to join our commercial team at HPCi Media, one of the UK's leading independent B2B media companies serving the global beauty, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
Working across our market-leading brands, including Cosmetics Business and the Pure Beauty Awards, you'll help some of the world's biggest beauty brands and suppliers connect with highly engaged professional audiences through digital media, events, awards, lead generation and bespoke marketing solutions.
What you'll be doing
This is a genuine sales role, combining account management with proactive business development.

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of international B2B clients.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking and outbound sales activity.
- Sell digital advertising, sponsorship, lead generation and event solutions.
- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate commercial partnerships.
- Represent HPCi Media at major international industry events.
Approximately half of your time will focus on developing new business, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys opening doors as much as growing existing accounts.
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least two years' experience in B2B media, publishing, events or marketing sales.
- Enjoys speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Has a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Is commercially minded, self-motivated and resilient.
- Thrives on developing new business opportunities.
