About Boyle Highways TM
Boyle Highways TM Limited is a specialist traffic management and highways services provider delivering safe, compliant temporary traffic management across Essex, London and the South East. We are NHSS 12D accredited and operate with a safety-first, compliance-led culture.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Account Manager from within the traffic management industry. This is a hands-on role focused on developing new business and growing existing accounts — with a strong emphasis on winning profitable, deliverable work.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying, approaching and converting new clients (utilities, civils contractors, surfacing, local authority supply chain, developers and events)
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts
- Building a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Producing and progressing quotes with clear scope and commercial control
- Attending client meetings and site visits where required
- Working closely with Operations to ensure work is planned and delivered safely and compliantly

What we’re looking for (must-have)
- Proven experience in the traffic management industry (essential)
- Demonstrable track record in business development and/or account management
- Driven, self-motivated and organised — you take ownership and follow through
- Confident communicating with clients at all levels (site teams through to senior decision makers)
- Strong commercial awareness (you understand margin, scope control and variations)
- Full UK driving licence

What you’ll get
- £45,000–£65,000+ basic salary (depending on track record)
- Car allowance £4,000–£6,000
