About Paul Davis Restoration
Paul Davis Restoration provides emergency property damage, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, storms, and other disasters. With more than 340 locations across the U.S. and Canada, Paul Davis has helped restore properties and lives since 1966.
About the Role
The Business Development & Account Manager is responsible for generating new commercial business while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. This is a field-based sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with property managers, facility directors, business owners, and other key decision-makers.
The position is based out of our Shrewsbury, MA office, but most time will be spent in the field meeting with prospects, clients, and referral partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, cold calls, and other outreach.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry events to generate new opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand partnerships.
- Present Paul Davis services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a strong client experience and successful project delivery.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and pipeline updates in Luxor CRM.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or relationship-driven sales.
- An established book of business and existing commercial relationships within the market is strongly preferred.
- Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop new opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a field-based sales territory independently.
- Experience within restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, insurance, or a related commercial industry is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- $70,000–$85,000 base salary + uncapped commission
