About the Role

Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well-organised workspaces.

Crown Workspace is seeking a proactive, highly organised and results-driven Business Development & Admin Executive to work directly with the Sales Executive in driving new revenue across IT Logistics and Technical Services. This dual-function role is designed for a high-energy salesperson or experienced SDR who is confident on the phone and effective in a fast-paced B2B environment. The primary responsibility is outbound telemarketing, cold calling and appointment setting across the IT Channel and enterprise accounts.

The role will also provide the operational backbone for the sales desk, managing administrative workflows, quote preparation, CRM hygiene.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume, quality outbound campaigns to prospect, cold-call and qualify clients and IT Channel partners.
  • Secure high-quality, qualified meetings and discovery calls for the senior Business Development Manager.
  • Map target accounts, build prospect lists and identify IT procurement, infrastructure and operations contacts.
  • Respond quickly to inbound and event leads and re-engage cold or dormant accounts.
  • Assist with commercial proposals, service specifications and pitch decks.
  • Prepare routine quotes for storage, staging and ITAD services using approved rate cards.
  • Keep call activity, meeting notes, account updates and pipeline records complete and current.
  • Liaise with operations and warehouses on stock arrivals, pre-deployment schedules and client queries.
  • Secure staging, kitting, asset tagging and custom hardware imaging.
  • On-site deployment, rack-and-stack and IMAC field work.
  • Secure data sanitisation, certified recycling and asset remarketing.
  • Secure short-to-medium-term warehousing for rollout hardware.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B telephone sales, telesales or SDR experience, with confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
  • Demonstrable success against KPIs for outbound calls, conversations and qualified meetings.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail across quotes, correspondence and CRM records.
  • Exposure to IT services, logistics, managed services or business services is highly advantageous.
  • Strong phone presence, sustained energy and discipline through gatekeepers and rejection.
  • Articulate verbal communication and strong professional writing.
  • A collaborative tandem partner to the senior BDM against combined growth targets.
  • Commercially organised: Prioritises high-value activity and closes actions without repeated follow-up.
