Business Support Administrator – Full-Time Position
KH Plant Training is a growing and busy training provider, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated member of staff to join our team in a full-time Business Support role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is confident speaking to customers and wants to develop their career within a growing construction training business.
Location: Misterton, DN10
Duration: Full time
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00-16:30
The Ideal Candidate
You will have previous experience within the construction industry, a training environment, or a similar administration/customer service role. Have some knowledge of construction card schemes such as CPCS and NPORS would be highly advantageous, although training will be provided to the right candidate.
You will need to be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident speaking to customers over the telephone
- Friendly and professional with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experienced in administration
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT packages
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of business support and administration duties, including:
- Notifying and resulting NPORS tests carried out at our training centre
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Printing, preparing and organising course paperwork
- Supporting the administration of training courses
- Assisting with customer bookings and general enquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Liaising with customers, instructors and other members of the team
- Providing general administrative support across the business
- Adapting to changing priorities within a busy training environment
