Purpose of the Role
This role is instrumental in supporting the growth and success of our business by attending site visits, coordinating with Ambassadors, and providing administrative support for business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise visits to sites, including partner workplaces, to engage with members and recruit potential members.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during site visits and networking sessions, engaging with members, potential members, partners, or other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Ambassadors, proactively recruiting new Ambassadors and providing ongoing training, guidance, tools, and resources to support their success, ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives, and promptly address and resolve any enquiries or issues.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site visits, Ambassador activities, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of business development strategies.
- Schedule and organise meetings, calls, and events to support business development efforts.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files to ensure accurate and accessible information.
- Undertake regular stock checks and order relevant stock and materials.
- Support the Business Development and Marketing team as required.

Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident speaking to new people.
Planning & Organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to project manage events.
- Capable of working to deadlines while ensuring strong attention to detail.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic standard of numeracy.
- Strong IT skills with experience of using Microsoft suite of applications.
- Ability to use CRM software.
Other Attributes
- Ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours.
- Access to own transport.
- Comfortable traveling to site visits and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
