Role Description
This is a flexible, commission-based, Business Development – AI Services role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for AGX’s AI agents, consulting services, and managed IT offerings across target industries. - Conducting market research
- Building and managing pipelines
- Running outreach campaigns
- Leading discovery meetings to understand client needs and position AGX solutions

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with delivery and product teams to shape proposals
- Supporting solution design
- Ensuring smooth handover from sales to implementation
Ongoing tasks include:
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Tracking performance against targets
- Providing feedback from the market to refine AGX’s offerings and go-to-market strategy
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess markets, qualify opportunities, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal skills, presentation capabilities, and confident stakeholder engagement.
- Lead Generation and pipeline development experience (Focus on SME's), with proven ability to run outreach campaigns, nurture prospects, and close new business.
- Market Research skills to map target segments, understand buyer needs, and analyze competitors in AI, consulting, and managed services.
- Customer Service mindset, with a focus on building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Experience in B2B technology or professional services; exposure to AI, SaaS, CRM, or IT managed services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms; familiarity with UK and European markets is a plus.
