Business Development Analyst

100% Commissions
This is a commercial research role for an analytical professional who wants direct exposure to M&A, capital markets, and middle-market business development. You will turn market information into target lists, account intelligence, outreach hypotheses, and qualified opportunities.
What you will do
- Research companies, ownership, management teams, sectors, transactions, and market signals
- Build and segment prospect lists based on defined investment or advisory criteria
- Prepare concise account briefs and personalized outreach angles
- Support early outreach and qualify responses before senior-team involvement
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and source performance to identify what is working
- Maintain accurate CRM records and improve the quality of commercial data

What you bring
- Strong research, writing, and spreadsheet skills and can move from detail to commercial implication
- Early experience in finance, research, consulting, sales operations, corporate development, or a related field is helpful
- A record of creating or converting revenue in a consultative B2B environment
- Executive-level communication, sound judgment, and respect for confidentiality
- Comfort with self-generated activity, variable income, and measurable accountability
- Reliable technology, a professional remote workspace, and eligibility to provide services in the United States

Compensation and working model
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity with no base salary, draw, or guaranteed earnings. Successful producers may earn approximately $100,000 to $250,000+ annually, with uncapped upside; actual earnings depend on individual results, deal timing, commission terms, and collected revenue. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, benefits, expenses, and compliance obligations. Full commission details are provided in the written contractor agreement.
