Key Responsibilities
- New Account Expansion: Partner with the European GM to identify, qualify, and secure new channel opportunities, driving market footprint expansion across the region.
- B2B Hardware Hunting: Proactively prospect and close B2B hardware deals. You will manage events, own the sales pipeline, from initial outreach to contract negotiation, with a relentless focus on driving volume.
- Channel Account Management: Provide high-level operational support to the GM by managing key operational relationships with Tier-1 carriers and major retailers. Ensure that our day-to-day engagement is seamless, professional, and aligned with commercial goals.
- Relationship Stewardship: Maintain strong, consistent communication with channel partners to ensure we are their vendor of choice, troubleshooting issues, and identifying upsell or promotional opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in the European consumer electronics or B2B hardware industry.
- Proven BD Track Record: A strong background in Business Development with a "hunter" mindset—you are hungry for volume and comfortable navigating complex sales cycles.
- Operational Agility: Ability to support senior leadership by maintaining reliable, productive relationships with high-stakes Tier-1 partners.
- Tech Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for technology and the ability to articulate product value clearly to potential partners.
- Key Advantage: Prior, demonstrable Amazon channel experience is considered a significant competitive advantage.
