Business Development and Bid Coordinator
Location: London
Salary: £40,000-£55,000
A vibrant, award-winning international architecture practice is looking for a motivated Business Development and Bid Coordinator to support their wonderful London team. The practice is very highly regarded internationally and is currently busy with a range of exciting projects.
This is a varied position supporting their business development function within the UK and internationally. The role involves:
- Conducting research into markets and potential clients
- Coordinating and producing submissions, including PQQs, RFQs, RFPs
- Supporting maintenance of CRM and project databases
- Developing high-quality business development collateral

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is very personable, organized, and has experience working within bids, business development, or communications within the built environment. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) is required, and experience with CRM systems is highly beneficial.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills are essential for this role, and multilingualism is highly valued within their team.
