Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development and Client Acquisition Executive. The executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with potential clients across businesses, ministries, and growing organizations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions, prepare proposals, and follow up on opportunities to close deals and drive revenue growth. The executive will also:

  • Track performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Provide feedback on market trends to inform strategy and service improvements

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Acquisition skills, including experience managing the full sales cycle and closing new business.
  • Effective Lead Generation skills, with the ability to use digital, networking, and referral channels to build a quality pipeline.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, assess client needs, and report on performance metrics.
  • Experience in business development, account management, or client services in a creative, consulting, or professional services environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software; familiarity with branding, digital marketing, or operational support services is a plus.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
