About the Role

We are an expanding pharmaceutical ecosystem combining B2C online dispensing with B2B wholesale distribution (Faces WDA). We do not need a corporate account manager who maintains existing orders. We need an aggressive, deal-closing Commercial / Business Development Lead whose sole focus is driving top-line revenue, capturing gross margin, and opening high-volume trading accounts.

You will identify short-supply lines, capitalize on market arbitrage, negotiate bulk pricing, and secure new B2B accounts. You will manage our outbound sales function—including direct supervision and building of a new sales and remote outbound teams. Turning every market opportunity into bottom-line profit.

What You Will Own

B2B Revenue Generation & Trading:

  • Open and convert 5–10 new active B2B wholesale accounts monthly, securing high-margin bulk pharmaceutical sales across core product categories.

Pipeline & Account Development:

  • Proactively hunt, negotiate, and close deals with clinics, pharmacies, and wholesale buyers. Convert warm leads from our internal databases into recurring monthly buyers.

Outbound Team Management:

  • Direct, manage, and drive KPIs for internal sales reps and offshore outbound calling teams to scale call volume and deal velocity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
