Full-time, 37 hours, Fixed term until EO December 2028
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Bristol Beacon is the South West’s largest concert hall, promoting musical excellence, creative learning, and community engagement. Our concert halls and Music Education Centre are central to our mission of uniting people through the joy of live music.
We’re looking for a Business Development and Innovation Manager to lead the development, management and commercial growth of Bristol Beacon’s customer-facing digital infrastructure. The Business Development and Innovation Manager will be the systems specialist responsible for designing and developing digital solutions that support our commercial objectives and deliver a high-quality customer journey. If you’re a digital infrastructure specialist who is curious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunities digital systems can create, this could be the role for you.

You will have experience of managing customer-facing infrastructure and being a key contact for digital partners. Through this experience you will know how to maximise revenue and champion excellence in user experience and digital accessibility. Alongside this you’ll have the ability to collaborate with teams to identify and develop new commercial revenue streams enabled by our digital systems. You will also understand how to use data to inform decision making and identify future opportunities.
This is a new role that is part of a two-year funded project to grow Bristol Beacon’s income through its digital pathways.
