Business Development and Marketing Manager

An established architecture practice is seeking an experienced and personable Marketing and Business Development Manager to join its London headquarters. Working closely with the partners, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, helping to support the continued growth of the practice.
Role Overview
The position involves taking ownership of business development and marketing activities across the practice. You will be responsible for:
- Generating new leads
- Creating and maintaining client relationships
- Working closely with the Bid Manager on bid strategy
- Supporting the conversion of opportunities into work

You will help maintain exceptional standards across proposals, marketing content, and brand communications, while contributing to events, thought leadership initiatives, and the practice’s market presence both in the UK and internationally.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with proven experience leading business development initiatives within the architecture or urban design space.
