Business Development and Marketing Manager - Property

London

Role Overview

Here at Pinsent Masons we bring together the best people to get the job done. We’re naturally curious, constantly learning, listening, and growing. We’ll truly value your ideas. You’ll be joining an award-winning, hardworking and commercially minded team, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading experts and form meaningful relationships, while making a difference. You’ll get the opportunity to be involved in varied and challenging work. Working in an open and supportive environment, to deliver outstanding results.

Our people are our success, and we work as one team.

We are recruiting a Business Development and Marketing Manager for our Property practice group to play a key strategic role, working closely with the Global Director of Business Development, Groups & Sectors and the Group Lead Partner, in shaping and delivering an effective marketing and business development strategy. This includes supporting the firm’s ambition to win profitable work from both existing and target clients, deepen client relationships, and drive greater market visibility and differentiation in our priority areas.

The role will be instrumental in accelerating sustainable growth by helping to prioritise the sectors, markets, geographies and clients where the Group has the strongest opportunity to succeed. By aligning leadership focus, investment, and resources against these priorities, the role ensures maximum impact and supports the firm’s ability to compete effectively in an increasingly competitive market.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
