An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join a well-established and growing business operating across the construction, renewables, utilities and heavy engineering sectors throughout the UK.

Providing specialist services including crane hire, transport solutions, wind industry support and mechanical handling, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, integrated solutions to major clients nationwide. As part of an ambitious growth phase, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a driven and commercially focused professional.

The Role

This is a key strategic position responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans that support business growth, increase market presence and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will identify and convert new business opportunities while also developing existing accounts across multiple service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering sales and marketing strategies
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Managing and growing key customer accounts
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Leading marketing campaigns, promotional activity and brand development
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
  • Supporting the implementation and development of CRM systems
  • Collaborating with operational and leadership teams to achieve business objectives

About You

Applicants should have proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within construction, engineering, transport, industrial services or renewables sectors. You will be a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering growth and building long-term client relationships.
