Build partnerships that help more people access the right financial support.

MoneyPlus is looking for an experienced partnerships professional to develop, launch and grow trusted referral relationships. You will combine relationship management with commercial development - finding opportunities, helping partners go live and using insight to improve referral quality, performance and customer outcomes.

This is a new individual-contributor role reporting to our Head of Onboarding & Customer Engagement. You will work across the business and act as the day-to-day lead for allocated partners.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify and develop suitable referral, introducer, lead-generation and warm-transfer partnerships.
  • Take new opportunities from initial engagement through internal approval, onboarding, testing and launch.
  • Own partner relationships, structured reviews, agreed actions and day-to-day issue resolution.
  • Use referral volume, contact, conversion, quality and customer-outcome data to spot trends and agree practical improvements.
  • Coordinate colleagues so partner journeys are clear, effective and well controlled.
  • Raise concerns promptly where lead quality, data, communications, conduct or customer treatment could create risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong evidence of owning external B2B partner, account or introducer relationships and building trust over time.
  • Experience identifying and progressing growth or commercial-development opportunities through to delivery.
  • A data-led approach: you can turn performance information and partner feedback into measurable action.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills across external stakeholders and internal teams.

Helpful, but not essential

  • Debt advice, financial services, insurance, lead-generation or other regulated-sector experience would be useful, but strong transferable partnership evidence matters more.
  • Partner onboarding, due diligence, CRM or dashboard experience is also welcome.
