About The Role

A desirable and sought after mid-sized, high-end interior design studio are seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to join their west London studio. Renowned for their dedication to blending functionality with luxury aesthetics, they consistently deliver spaces that are both innovative and inspiring. The practice is continuing to grow its presence across the UK and Europe.

This is a relationship-led role focused on developing new connections, identifying opportunities and building a strong pipeline of future projects. Working closely with the senior team, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on business development, managing incoming opportunities and nurturing relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in luxury prime residential and interiors, who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities within a collaborative and sociable studio. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with private clients, developers, owner’s representatives, consultants, introducers and other relevant contacts
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on luxury and prime residential
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of leads, ensuring opportunities are followed through
  • Develop the practice’s network across Europe, with a longer-term focus on the US
  • Work with the senior team on business development and growth strategies
  • Manage incoming enquiries and support the preparation of fee proposals
  • Attend relevant conferences, events and networking opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to grow the practice’s hospitality and FF&E offering

Key Skills/Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, client development role within luxury residential, architecture, interiors or design
  • Understanding of the luxury or prime residential market, ideally with experience working with private clients, developers or owner’s representatives
  • Existing industry contacts are beneficial, alongside the ability to build a network over time
  • Commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial
  • Highly personable, confident and relationship-focused
  • Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills
  • Fluent English; an additional European language such as French, Portuguese, Spanish, German or Italian would be advantageous
