About BrightMinded
At BrightMinded, we build software solutions that help organisations solve complex challenges and thrive. We are an established digital agency with ambitious plans to grow by 25% year-on-year.
Our core focus is delivering high-impact, custom software for UK membership organisations. We combine technical excellence with a collaborative approach. We are now looking for a driven, energetic sales professional to help take us to the next level.
The role
We are looking for a proactive, high-energy sales professional to manage our end-to-end sales cycle. You will work alongside our talented digital marketing assistant to generate qualified interest and with the founders to turn this interest into long-term client partnerships.
You will be working in a sales role at the moment and looking for an opportunity to grow, apply your knowledge and experience in a role where you will have a great deal of agency and autonomy. You will be excited by the chance to proactively shape how we go to market as we move the business forward, relishing the opportunity to focus on delivering outstanding customer value and helping our customers to embrace AI use in their key member/customer facing tools and platforms.
You’ll get to drive deals and provide feedback to founders to shape the company in a way that supports both your and the company’s future growth.
Selling software solutions at BrightMinded is similar to high-value B2B or SaaS sales. You won't be doing it alone, you’ll have direct access to our technical leads to scope solutions. You’ll be the captain of the deal, driving conversations forward from initial contact to ensuring founders are ready to close.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
