About the Role
This apprenticeship is designed for university/higher education leavers who want to turn their academic learning into a real career in workplace technology. You’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience across Agilico’s technology solutions while completing a fully funded apprenticeship qualification.
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting customers to modernise how they work through print, document workflow, IT, Telephony, and digital workplace technologies. This is not a classroom-only programme – it’s a practical, fast-paced route into a long-term career.
What You’ll Be Learning & Doing
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will rotate across key areas of Agilico, developing both technical and commercial skills:
- Supported to learn the very best in customer engagement and sales techniques to unlock limitless earning potential.
- Support the delivery and management of workplace technology solutions for customers.
- Learn how managed print, document automation, and digital workflows improve productivity.
- Assist with customer onboarding, system set-ups, and service delivery.
- Work with account managers, engineers, and support teams to solve real business challenges.
- Analyse customer needs and help recommend the right technology solutions.
- Develop core professional skills: communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork.
- Complete an industry-recognised apprenticeship qualification alongside your role.

The Apprenticeship
- Level: Higher / Degree-level apprenticeship (role-dependent)
- Duration: Typically 18 months
- Training: On-the-job learning, supported study time, and external training provider
- Cost: Fully funded by Agilico – no student debt
